A Mountain of Gold: Session 2 PREVIEW
I'm so pumped for Saturday's session that y'all get a preview. Observe:

I'm planning to run the bandit siege using chainmail (technically chain of command) man-to-man scale, which this post suggests is 1" to 5'. I don't understand/want to convert the 20:1 scale movement, so since I already have used 1" to 5' scale from the blue bard's adnd 1e rules, plus using this person's interpolation for 1e movement in different terrain, I'm using movement as follows:

I took a black and white grid, made it less hard on the eyes, and stuck it underneath the mountain top map using the rough scale that was present before, which turns this into a functional battlemap with a 5' grid. I'm not planning on movement being an exact science, there's not a lot of room on the mountaintop path, so moving the units as a big blob should be fine enough. Plus I don't have units standing directly within the grid, that doesn't matter much, this isn't 5E.
After locking everything that isn't a token, TLdraw should be fairly easy to work with for a battle, although using it like this is new to me.
