How do I run sex in my games?
My npcs are often flirtatious, and if a player is feeling it, maybe they meet up during a party, have a little to drink, and fall into bed and fade into black. It's fairly straightforward. I like it to be an option to my players, if they want to persue.
My npcs can be creeps, or sometimes a player is forward about someone tagging along in the party, and it makes sense that they would share a bed on the road. Maybe it will lead to heartbreak, that would be fun.
My games tend to have sex workers and bisexual free-love cults and weirdo lesbians who enslave women and murder men.
My games historically have not contained rape, it's just not something I want to handle.
I often play with my family, and all this works out well. We fade to black pretty fast, but also sex is a fact of the world. It's important to me to include in my games.
I don't have many pregnant people or children and I'd like to amend that for the future.

There's just not much to talk on the subject for me. Sex is part of the fabric of the games I run for people. I hate the sexless atmosphere of classic dnd-ish fantasy and I've made specific choices to not emulate that.
