The game still starts in a few days. I have recruited players for every faction. They all have factions sheets, commander sheets, and army sheets.

I have a gorgeously organized google drive, plus a bit on a wiki (that's player only).
I wish I should share the list of books I've referenced for this.
In actually writing everything, which I have been doing at parks or at my gorgeous desk that faces a big tree, it's either in obsidian or in google docs/spreadsheets. Firefox's tab groups has been really helpful, I have a lot of tabs open for this.
It's so far a manageable about of work, and Sam has been super helpful in answering some questions.
I’m using as much of my old unused prep as possible and it’s awesome.
